On the last day of my LAST spring semester as an undergrad, I ran into my house (elated, to say the least) and as I made that journey to the front door.... *SPLAT* went my beautiful iPhone. The screen made direct contact with the angled concrete that makes up the front steps of my house. So much so, that I thought the love connection would make little illegitimate iphonelette babies. Luckily enough, when i went to the Apple store I was able to receive a FREE replacement because of the one year warranty. WHO WOULD THUNK IT?
God bless Apple and it's low key warranties. With $300 saved I purchased this Kate Spade iPhone cover. As simple as it was it inspired me! It was actually hard trying to describe this design to my nail salon...but they figured it out!

The color was so pretty, that it inspired me to make a second purchase at MAC...
A color that I was previously scared of, now i love. This is the Girl About Town lipstick. I'm sure that almost every makeup lover has this shade and I completely understand WHY! This is the color I am wearing on the header picture and on the side panel. When I used it, I did use a lip liner in a pink with red undertones. The MAC consultant told me that I didn't need a lip liner... but I'd rather with than without. It's a color for all shades so don't be afraid!!
