BLONDIE.

I've only recently discovered why "they" call them BLONDIES. but only after I made this delicious creation. I have my blonde moments, more often than others! If you have sweet tooth, like myself, here's what you will need

Ingredients:

1 box yellow (or Funfetti) cake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 – 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles (if you use a yellow cake mix)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips ; Optional
Sprinkles for the top

 Frosting:
1/2 cube margarine or butter, softened
2-3 Tbsp milk1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar (more or less depending on how thick/runny you like it)
Red Food Coloring

Directions: Combine the cake mix, oil, and egg in a large bowl, then slowly add milk. Then mix in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Put batter in 9x9".  Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. (They will be a little soft/gooey in the middle. Just let them sit for about 20-30 minutes and they will set up). Frost when cooled.

im graduating. ahh.

I'll be getting my Bachelors degree this December and I took a few photos with the best Baton Rouge Photographer, and someone who I've had the pleasure of knowing since I was about 12 years old. I won't go into detail here because it's not all about me (I'm GRADUATINGGGG ahhh!) ...but I wanted to share my little outfit and what not :)
