beauty whisper : noxzema

The Beauty Whisper today is Noxzema. It's how both of us keep our skin flawless. It's no big secret about the brand, being that Noxzema is one of the oldest, if not THE OLDEST, brand of facial cleaning around, founded in 1914. The trick is the process in which we use the brand. Lacey found this technique online a little while back. I started using Noxzema because of it's strong clean feel, and it was cheap. This process took it over the roof.

Firstly, you need the big old school tub of Noxzema. Yes, the big chalky version that you have to dig in.  It comes packed tightly in the jar, so make sure you stir it (using your finger is fine) to make it a smooth product. If you still use the hair crack (perm), it's much like that process without the liquid substance. With a little stir it will go from hard and chalky to soft and smooth almost instantly. It should look something like the picture on the right.

You should then use a coat as you usually would to clean your face, rinse and remove. The big step is applying the next coat and leaving it there to harden. Then go to sleep! That simple.  We found that when leaving the product on over night, it leaves your skin feeling smooth throughout the day and removes any pimples are blemishes you had before applying. 

I would advise you leave a note in your bathroom reminding yourself to rinse your face the next morning! You won't be able to see the product until you rinse, so it doesn't leave any marks, but you don't want to leave your pores blocked all day.
